Senior Claims Consultant - Environmental

Job Summary

Managing complex legacy runoff claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Consultant - Environmental will independently handle asbestos, environmental, and other mass tort claims while conducting advanced coverage analysis and coordinating litigation strategies across multiple U.S. jurisdictions and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently analyze and apply policy language to assess coverage for complex claims
• Handle mass tort claims involving asbestos, talc, and environmental contamination
• Manage litigated matters and coordinate with counsel on litigation strategy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling mass tort, asbestos, or environmental claims
• Prior experience with complex coverage analysis and excess policies
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional claims across the U.S. and/or Canada
• Strong negotiation and settlement experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
