Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of low to moderate complexity P&C insurance claims, analyzing coverage, facts, liability, and damages
  • Negotiate settlements, mitigate losses, and assist in managing litigated files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate documentation in claim files
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of P&C claims handling experience required
  • Experience with complex coverage issues and negotiating settlements is necessary
  • Adjuster license and/or certifications preferred
  • Ability to obtain required state adjusters' licenses within six months of training completion
