Senior Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Joining a customer-focused team, the full-time Senior Claims Examiner will adjudicate life insurance claims, assist beneficiaries through the claims process, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes claims while extracting necessary information
• Handles incoming calls to assist beneficiaries and family members with claim inquiries
• Conducts investigations and gathers documentation to support claims processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Life or Disability Claims is a plus
• Ability to work in a virtual environment with reliable internet and phone access
• Flexibility to cover evening phone shifts on a rotating basis
• Experience in customer service, particularly in high-touch environments
