Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process medical insurance claims
• Read and interpret general business correspondence, procedure manuals, and specific plan documents
• Utilize multiple computer applications for claims processing

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic mathematical skills
• Intermediate typing skills
• Experience with health claims processing
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9/ICS-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, and HIPAA regulations
