Senior Claims Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted thought partner to senior operational and strategic leaders, the full-time Senior Claims Insights Analyst will focus on investigative analyses to identify and monitor trends within higher-profile claims domains, delivering actionable insights that influence business decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and analyze one of the team's higher-profile claims domains, driving trend identification and explanation
• Lead investigative analyses to uncover root causes and present clear recommendations to senior leaders
• Act as an informal lead within the team, mentoring analysts and setting analytical standards

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in a corporate data or analytics environment, preferably in insurance or a similarly regulated industry
• Advanced SQL skills with experience on Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms
• Strong advanced Tableau skills, with a focus on design and narrative standards
• Intermediate to advanced Python skills for data analysis and automation
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders effectively
