Senior Claims Insights Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing and recommending technical solutions for complex projects, the full-time Senior Claims Insights Analyst will define and deliver Business Intelligence strategies and solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customers and IT during analysis, requirements definition, and design activities, ensuring clear expectations for reporting deliverables
• Support data processing activities, identifying and acquiring relevant data from external sources and guiding integration into internal systems
• Participate in data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
• 3+ years of claims experience, preferably in Property Insurance
• 4+ years of Business Intelligence Metrics & Reporting experience using Power BI
• 4+ years of strong MS SQL experience for query, profiling, and testing
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
