Job Summary

Leading the General Liability Claims team, the full-time Senior Claims Manager - CO Licensed will oversee GL, E&S Casualty, and Construction Liability claims, ensuring strategic management and operational excellence in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directs the handling of complex and high-exposure claims while planning and executing strategic goals for claims management
• Analyzes claim trends and provides training on developments and coverage, supporting business initiatives and marketing efforts
• Oversees the operational budget and ensures compliance with corporate reserving policies and customer satisfaction objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and JD required
• Significant experience in construction litigation is essential
• 7-10 years of commercial or specialty claims experience or related education/insurance experience
• 3-5 years of management experience required
