Senior Claims Manager - EPL

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight for Employment Practice Liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Manager - EPL will manage coverage analysis, investigation, negotiation, and resolution of claims in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims
• Investigate claims through communication with attorneys, business partners, and witnesses
• Present claims and trends to leadership, discussing coverage, liability, and exposure

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 or more years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices
