Senior Claims Manager EPL

Job Summary

Providing direct handling of Employment Practice Liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Manager EPL will manage coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and disposition of assigned claims in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims
• Investigate claims through various methods, including contact with attorneys and business partners
• Present claims and trends to leadership, discussing coverage and liability assessments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 or more years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices
