Senior Claims Manager EPL

Job Summary

Providing direct handling of Employment Practice Liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Manager EPL will evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims remotely while collaborating with business partners and defense counsel to manage litigation activities and outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims
• Investigate claims through various communication methods and present findings to leadership
• Negotiate and resolve claims in collaboration with defense counsel within prescribed authority

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10 or more years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices
