Senior Claims Manager EPL
Job Summary
To provide direct handling of Employment Practice Liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Manager EPL will manage coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and disposition of assigned claims in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims
- Investigate claims through communication with attorneys, business partners, and witnesses
- Present claims and trends to leadership, discussing coverage, liability assessment, and exposure
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, HR, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 or more years of experience in employment law, risk management, or insurance related to employment practices
- Experience handling EPL claims as a claims professional or defending EPL claims as an attorney
