Handle and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the end-to-end claims handling process

Conduct quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of commercial claims operations experience
Experience leading a team is desired
In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims work types
Expertise in insurance terminology and claims handling processes
