Senior Claims Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Claims Operations Specialist, responsible for managing end-to-end claims handling, overseeing third-party claims, and ensuring compliance with insurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and resolve physical and material damage claims from start to finish
• Critically analyze and challenge Actual Cash Value (ACV) reports for totaled or stolen vehicles
• Pursue collections and establish payment plans for deductibles and repair costs from renters or their insurance providers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on claims handling experience in the U.S., particularly in Auto Physical Damage and Third-Party Liability
• Proven track record in total loss management and negotiating ACV with adjusters or carriers
• Experience managing a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) relationship
• Strong background in auto subrogation and recovering damage costs
• Familiarity with GAP insurance claims processes
