Job Summary

Joining the Group Protection Shared Services Team, the full-time Senior Claims Payment Processor will manage complex disability payment calculations and issuance, ensuring financial accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and document complex payments, maintaining accurate tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather financial data for benefit calculations
• Review and analyze information from multiple sources to support claims decisions

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a financial services environment related to claims processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in managing complex calculations and financial data
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures and deadlines
