Key Responsibilities

Perform audits of open and closed claim files against quality, compliance, and service standards
Lead stakeholder sessions to document business requirements and support assessment workflows
Analyze quality and estimatics data to identify patterns and trends, presenting findings for process improvements

Required Qualifications

7+ years of prior property claims experience
5+ years of claims quality experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
Experience with Corelogic tools and estimatics data
Understanding of Power BI, SQL, and business intelligence technologies
