Senior Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles high exposure, complex claims
• Oversees medical aspects of complex claims and manages the Return-to-Work Program
• Directs attorneys in claims litigation and provides updates on high-profile claims to management

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years' experience handling workers compensation claims
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a closely related field preferred
• AIC and AIM Certifications preferred
