Senior Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Representative - Short Term Disability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of initial liability and ongoing Short Term Disability claims
• Utilize sound judgment and technical knowledge to manage claims in accordance with regulations and policies
• Review claim forms, eligibility, medical, and vocational information to determine benefit payability

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience with Short Term Disability claims
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work any shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including occasional overtime
