Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Representative Physical Damage - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts complex bodily injury and property damage claims, directing outside counsel and vendors
• Supervises outside vendors for investigations and litigation management, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements
• Interacts with legal counsel and insurance carriers, providing updates on claims status and recommending reserves

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Five (5) years or more experience in Casualty Claims
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong claim technical skills
• Superior negotiation skills
