Senior Claims Representative

Job Summary

Managing complex, high-volume litigation remotely, the full-time Senior Claims Representative will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve general liability claims while partnering with legal counsel and external partners to drive strategic decisions that minimize risk.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve general liability and product liability claims across multiple states
• Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Develop proactive claim strategies from initial intake through final resolution, collaborating with defense attorneys and medical professionals

Required qualifications

• Proven experience handling heavy litigation claims
• Strong background in reviewing and interpreting medical claims and documentation
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency
• Experience working for an insurance carrier or third-party administrator (TPA) preferred
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills
