Senior Claims Representative

Job Summary

Managing moderate to complex commercial claims involving bodily injury and property damage, the full-time Senior Claims Representative will independently investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve third-party General Liability claims, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Independently investigate and evaluate third-party General Liability claims
• Negotiate and resolve claims involving unique, specialized, or high-risk exposures
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor within the claims organization to support file quality and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
• Associate in General Insurance designation
• Associate in Claims designation
• Advanced investigative and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex commercial claim files with minimal supervision
