Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Representative-Commercial Auto.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigates claims using internal and external resources, determines policy coverage, and negotiates settlement amounts
• Maintains accurate claim files, interacts with insured parties, and alerts to fraud potential
• Writes property damage estimates, takes statements when necessary, and collaborates with various units

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in claims handling preferred
• Strong customer service and technology skills
• Able to navigate multiple systems and possess strong organizational and communication skills
• License may be required in multiple states by state law
