Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determines coverage, investigates claims, negotiates settlements, and manages outside counsel
  • Reviews lawsuit documentation, establishes actions to resolve lawsuits, and analyzes the impact on claims policies
  • Trains and mentors staff, manages relationships with business partners, and stays informed on legislation and trends

Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Competency in legal liability, insurance policy coverage, and State Tort Law required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 12-18 months related experience needed
  • Ability to obtain proper licensing as required
