Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Specialist - Construction Defect.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements
• Document and communicate claim activity, coaching and mentoring lower-level adjusters

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level
• Active adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
