Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Specialist to manage and process insurance claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report claims for clients and work with insureds and claimants to identify new claims
  • Review claim forms and related documents for completeness and follow up for missing information
  • Resolve coverage questions and manage complex claims in coordination with the Claims Manager/Team Leader
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience required
  • Good understanding of claims processing and the insurance brokerage business
  • Licensing required
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance and ability to interpret complex policies
