Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Technical Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of complex claims, conducting investigations and interpreting insurance contracts
• Evaluate and negotiate claims resolutions in compliance with laws and regulations
• Collaborate with external counsel and manage relationships with external vendors for effective claims management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Architects and Engineer Errors and Omissions claims
• Ability to manage complex claims with varying levels of activity
• Juris Doctor is preferred
