Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Claims Specialist, Professional Liability focusing on medical malpractice and long-term care.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex medical malpractice claims for Long Term Care clients, managing claims to timely resolution
• Conduct investigations and negotiate claim settlements while coordinating legal defense and monitoring compliance with client guidelines
• Identify opportunities for cost containment and fraud investigation, maintaining professional client relationships throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses as required for the position
• Professional certification as applicable to the line of business preferred
