Senior Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Managing moderately complex Executive & Professional Liability claims with a focus on Homeowners Association exposures, the fully remote Senior Claims Specialist will oversee the full claim life cycle, including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, and resolution while ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex Executive & Professional Liability claims
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Negotiate settlements with clients, attorneys, and Public Adjusters while preparing necessary documentation for approval

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related claims experience
• Prior experience in specialty claims or ability to handle unique claims issues
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications in applicable states
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices related to claims processing
• Proficiency with claims and business software
