Key responsibilities

• Conducts investigations and provides reports on new claims and legal actions
• Negotiates claim settlements and recommends settlement strategies to maximize outcomes
• Coordinates legal defense and monitors compliance with client guidelines

Required qualifications

• Six years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
