Job Summary

Managing moderately complex liability claims, the full-time Senior Claims Specialist - Liability will oversee the full claim life cycle, including coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, and resolution, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex liability claims
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Negotiate settlements with clients, attorneys, and public adjusters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years of related claims experience
• Prior experience in product, construction, or environmental liability claims
• Active adjuster's licenses or willingness to obtain necessary licenses
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
