Senior Claims Specialist - Litigation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Claims Specialist - Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex claims including Major Case General Liability and Commercial Auto through analysis, investigation, and resolution
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with defense counsel and prepare large loss reports
• Negotiate claim settlements, attend mediations, and maintain accurate claim documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience handling large Commercial Auto, General Liability, and EPL claims over $500,000
• Strong knowledge of tort and contract law in operating states
• Adjuster licenses in the states of NC, SC, and GA
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently
