Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Systems Analyst to support their Health Plan Administration function.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader for the Javelina platform, overseeing architectural decisions and designing scalable solutions
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective system solutions while managing documentation and user acceptance testing
• Monitor vendor platform functionality, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and managing vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and/or product management within the healthcare industry
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Javelina
• Advanced expertise in end-to-end claim adjudication processes and systems
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities
