A company is looking for a Sr Claim System Ops Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and expertise in analyzing and enhancing claims systems and processes
• Manage and participate in various projects related to claims operations, ensuring completion and compliance
• Develop and maintain operational manuals, provide training, and support internal and external customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Education equivalent to graduation from college or related work experience
• Three or more years of experience in BSI Claim Systems/Operations
• Demonstrates sound analytical skills and a comprehensive knowledge of claim system functions
• Effective customer relations skills
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
