Senior Clearing Analyst

Job Summary

Owning clearing operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Clearing Analyst will evaluate the DCO clearing environment, create and improve operational processes, and partner with various teams to enhance clearing operations while making time-sensitive settlement decisions during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve the DCO clearing environment to support scalability
• Own and document clearing-related SOPs, runbooks, and escalation paths
• Support treasury management, cash movement, and reconciliation workflows, ensuring operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial markets operations, particularly in clearing, settlement, and treasury
• Strong working knowledge of clearing workflows, trade lifecycle, and operational controls
• Experience in regulated financial services environments with a practical understanding of compliance requirements
• Ability to independently create SOPs, process maps, and controls documentation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across business, compliance, finance, and technical teams
