Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Client Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages client operations and administration support activities throughout the client life cycle
- Analyzes data to develop and negotiate operational servicing agreements and facilitates resolution of complex operational needs
- Communicates regularly with clients and service providers to ensure high-quality service and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
- Knowledge and experience with NQDC (preferred)
- Advanced Excel experience (preferred)
