Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Client Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees and manages client operations and administration support activities throughout the client life cycle
  • Analyzes data to develop and negotiate operational servicing agreements and facilitates resolution of complex operational needs
  • Communicates regularly with clients and service providers to ensure high-quality service and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience
  • Knowledge and experience with NQDC (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel experience (preferred)
