Job Summary
Senior Client Account Analyst is a remote, full-time position responsible for supporting team members, executing payment processing, and resolving client accounting issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides guidance to less experienced team members and assists with onboarding support
- Executes payment processing and reconciles disability, absence, and statutory payments for client accounts
- Researches and resolves client accounting and tax-related issues while identifying process gaps and supporting workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 4 or more years of professional job-related experience
- Strong knowledge of disability and absence products and plan design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
- Knowledge of IRS codes, GAAP, and SSAP regulations
