Job Summary

Senior Client Account Analyst is a remote, full-time position responsible for supporting team members, executing payment processing, and resolving client accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides guidance to less experienced team members and assists with onboarding support
  • Executes payment processing and reconciles disability, absence, and statutory payments for client accounts
  • Researches and resolves client accounting and tax-related issues while identifying process gaps and supporting workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • 4 or more years of professional job-related experience
  • Strong knowledge of disability and absence products and plan design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Knowledge of IRS codes, GAAP, and SSAP regulations
