Job Summary

Senior Client Account Specialist, a full-time remote position, is responsible for ensuring timely payments from clients by monitoring accounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts receivable and prioritize collection efforts for overdue accounts
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining communication with clients
  • Prepare reports on unpaid accounts and collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ARCS Collections Software
  • Strong financial, business, analytical, and accounting acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively
