Job Summary

To support financial stability, the full-time Senior Client Account Specialist will manage overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and maintain client relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts
  • Contact clients regarding overdue balances and negotiate payment arrangements or settlements
  • Prepare reports on the status of unpaid accounts and collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues
Required qualifications
  • 4-year degree preferred or a combination of education and relevant work experience
  • 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ARCS Collections Software, and Elite
  • Strong financial, business, analytical, and accounting acumen
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with shifting priorities
