Job Summary
To support financial stability, the full-time Senior Client Account Specialist will manage overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and maintain client relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts
- Contact clients regarding overdue balances and negotiate payment arrangements or settlements
- Prepare reports on the status of unpaid accounts and collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree preferred or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ARCS Collections Software, and Elite
- Strong financial, business, analytical, and accounting acumen
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with shifting priorities
