Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special Benefit Administrator requests and manage client inquiries through collaboration with internal partners
  • Develop and maintain customized reporting requests and documentation for amendments/revisions
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and monitor Service Guarantee performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of client service experience, preferably with large or complex accounts
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of Group Employee Benefits products
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of systems and technology, including Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
