Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate special Benefit Administrator requests and manage client inquiries through collaboration with internal partners
- Develop and maintain customized reporting requests and documentation for amendments/revisions
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and monitor Service Guarantee performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of client service experience, preferably with large or complex accounts
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of Group Employee Benefits products
- College degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of systems and technology, including Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
