Job Summary

To support consumer and business banking customers, the full-time Senior Client Advocate will manage inbound calls regarding account inquiries, document interactions accurately, and cross-sell basic products and services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle branch support calls and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries
  • Document case details and customer account maintenance requests thoroughly
  • Generate sales referrals and guide customers through the application process for advanced products
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the banking industry
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with call center operations is preferred
  • Sales experience is preferred
