Job Summary
To support consumer and business banking customers, the full-time Senior Client Advocate will manage inbound calls regarding account inquiries, document interactions accurately, and cross-sell basic products and services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle branch support calls and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries
- Document case details and customer account maintenance requests thoroughly
- Generate sales referrals and guide customers through the application process for advanced products
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the banking industry
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Familiarity with call center operations is preferred
- Sales experience is preferred
