Job Summary
Providing administrative and technical support for client audit functions, the full-time remote Senior Client Audits Coordinator will manage audit activities, coordinate deliverables, and ensure compliance with audit criteria while serving as a point of contact for account management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide client audit administration support and coordination for audit activities, serving as the primary contact for audit requests
- Facilitate the coordination of deliverables, including schedules, data gathering, and internal communications
- Administer the SharePoint site for tracking audit-related activities and validate the accuracy of data criteria and reporting formats
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); advanced skills preferred
- Experience in compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
