Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Client Care Analyst for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support backend administrative tasks and record keeping related to HR onboarding and training
  • Assist management in implementing process improvements and provide ad hoc reporting to clients
  • Model behaviors consistent with company values and impact the quality of work within the team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and/or Excel for process development
  • Prior administrative experience, including quality and compliance support, preferred
  • Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and apply appropriate judgment
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
