Job Summary
Senior Client Care Analyst, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting HR onboarding and training processes, implementing process improvements, and providing ad hoc reporting to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support backend administrative tasks and record keeping for HR onboarding and training
- Assist management in implementing process improvements and provide data analysis for recommendations
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with company values
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and/or Excel
- Prior administrative experience, including quality and compliance support, preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment
