Job Summary

Senior Client Care Analyst, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting HR onboarding and training processes, implementing process improvements, and providing ad hoc reporting to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support backend administrative tasks and record keeping for HR onboarding and training
  • Assist management in implementing process improvements and provide data analysis for recommendations
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with company values
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and/or Excel
  • Prior administrative experience, including quality and compliance support, preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience and appropriate judgment
