Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Concierge Specialist Sr - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, track, and monitor daily workflow based on client needs
Analyze and troubleshoot complex cases by researching and documenting relevant information
Act as a point of escalation for unresolved inquiries and manage escalated issues

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent GED
2 years of customer service experience, including 6 months as a Client Concierge Specialist
1 year of related work experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or health care
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
