Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Delivery Manager (CDM) - Project Manager (IT) T3.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end customer engagement, including onboarding, service delivery, and relationship management
• Manage overall service/project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and milestones
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales for customer satisfaction and renewal

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Knowledge of functional business processes and project management fundamentals
• Understanding of cloud business models and SAP NS2 Cloud solutions
• ITIL knowledge and Project Manager Professional certification are beneficial
