Senior Client Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Delivery Manager (CDM) - Project Manager (IT) T3.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer engagement, including onboarding and service delivery
• Conduct regular business reviews and propose improvements to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales for renewals and commercial responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a related field
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Knowledge of functional business processes and project management fundamentals
• Understanding of cloud business models and SAP NS2 cloud solutions
• ITIL knowledge and Project Management Professional certification are beneficial
