Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Delivery Manager to manage critical client relationships during implementation and ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own strategic client relationships from contract signature through go-live, acting as a trusted advisor
• Proactively diagnose implementation challenges and identify improvement opportunities
• Co-create and evolve the implementation playbook while coaching the implementation team

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, implementation, client success, or client delivery in healthcare technology or B2B SaaS
• Track record of building or evolving processes in ambiguous environments
• Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience engaging health system leaders
• Experience coaching or managing a small team
• Ability to thrive in startup or high-growth environments
