Job Summary
To support strategic enterprise accounts across North America, the full-time remote Senior Client Delivery Specialist will own the end-to-end delivery and performance of technology solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full delivery lifecycle across multiple client engagements, ensuring predictable and high-quality delivery
- Translate complex business needs into scalable solutions and influence product direction in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Own delivery governance, including project plans, milestone tracking, and executive status reporting, while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in client delivery or implementation of SaaS/product-based solutions for enterprise clients
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream client engagements from initiation to steady-state operations
- Experience in navigating cross-functional organizations and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to support U.S.-based enterprise clients across various time zones as delivery needs require
