Job Summary
To drive new business growth and deepen account relationships, the full-time Senior Client Development Manager will lead partnership development efforts, manage proposal processes, and ensure seamless client transitions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Lead proposal development and pitch coordination, ensuring smooth handoffs to internal teams
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry events
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in client account management or business development
- 3+ years of experience in a creative agency, marketing, branding, or related environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic growth plans
- Experience winning and expanding medium to large enterprise-level accounts
- Genuine interest in design, creativity, branding, and marketing-led work
