Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Director - Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Amazon Connect multi-cloud implementation and managed services offerings
• Develop and execute tailored business plans while exceeding sales metrics
• Establish new business relationships and ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in selling services into Contact Centers or the Amazon ecosystem
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect platform capabilities
• Experience in driving Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) transformations
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficient with technology and productivity tools, including Salesforce CRM
