Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across a portfolio of Enterprise clients
- Own the health and success of the client portfolio by developing strategies that drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy team to identify and drive expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in marketing, consulting, client services, or account management
- Experience in fast-moving services environments (agency, consulting, tech, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership in driving client success among a range of clients
- Growth marketing experience in channels such as performance marketing or CRM/lifecycle
- Fluency with AI and ability to identify and implement points of leverage
