Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across a portfolio of Enterprise clients
  • Own the health and success of the client portfolio by developing strategies that drive engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy team to identify and drive expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in marketing, consulting, client services, or account management
  • Experience in fast-moving services environments (agency, consulting, tech, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving client success among a range of clients
  • Growth marketing experience in channels such as performance marketing or CRM/lifecycle
  • Fluency with AI and ability to identify and implement points of leverage
